AVAILABILITY Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, some items may be sold before we’ve had the opportunity to pull them from our site, or before you place your order. If this is the case, you will be notified via the email that you provide to us. At this point you can decide to special order the same item, order a different item or cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is ready for shipment. Should you decide on a special order, you will be notified of an estimated delivery date and your order will be processed upon your confirmation. Please note that special orders are Final Sales.
SALES TAX There is no sales tax applied to any purchases made outside of the state of New Mexico.

RETURN POLICY We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not pleased with your Reckless Rocks purchase:
• Contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for its return and a Return Authorization Number. • Ship the unworn item back to us within 3 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. • Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. • The item must be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with tags intact. • We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. • The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. • COD deliveries are not accepted. • Be sure to include your receipt, with the Return Authorization Number noted so we will be able to properly credit your account.
Once the item is received by us, your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the returned item (shipping costs are non refundable). This policy does not apply to custom orders produced by Reckless Rocks. Custom orders are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES If you have received your Reckless Rocks purchase and find that it was not exactly what you wanted but would like to exchange for another piece, please follow the instructions from our RETURN POLICY.
DAMAGED ITEMS For any items received damaged in shipment, contact us immediately for instructions. Be sure to save all original packing materials for inspection by the shipping agent.
REPAIR POLICY We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your jewelry needs repair, please contact us for a Repair Authorization number. Please ship your item in a sturdy box and include a copy of your receipt and Return Authorization Number. We require that you insure the item and ship with delivery confirmation.
CLEANING & MAINTAINING YOUR JEWELRY All Reckless Rocks items are shipped with a protective pouch to keep your jewelry in pristine condition, please store your jewelry in these pouches.
Most jewelry can be cleaned using a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. Store jewelry separately to avoid scratching and keep away from heat or direct sunlight. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfume before putting on jewelry. Remove jewelry before doing strenuous activities or using household chemicals. Do not wear jewelry in a swimming pool or hot tub, chlorine and extreme heat can damage gemstones and metals.
Your Reckless Rocks jewelry can be sent back to us for full cleaning at no charge. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, customer pays shipping both ways.
